Biography

J. Simon Rofe is Senior Lecturer in Diplomatic and International Studies in the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. His research interests lie in the field of US diplomacy and foreign relations in the twentieth century with a focus on the era of Franklin D. Roosevelt, and more specifically on international organization and post-war planning. His books include: International History and International Relations, with Andrew Williams and Amelia Hadfield (2012); and Franklin Roosevelt’s Foreign Policy and the Welles Mission (2007).
