Biography
Raphaëlle is a PhD student at the India Institute, King's College London. Her doctoral thesis aims at analyzing India's understanding of international norms in multilateral forums between the 1920s and the 1960s, with a special focus on the concepts of sovereignty and cooperation. She completed a double Master's degree in European Studies at Sciences Po and the LSE.
