- Manage the communication and outreach activities of a new programme, GOALI (Global OnlineAccess to Legal Information) providing free or low-cost online access to legal research and training in the developing world. Give training or presentations how to use and search the portal.
- Develop promotional materials, write or edit press releases or news items about new library services or about the GOALI programme. Content manager and web editor of the GOALI website.
- Participate in the development of new information services or knowledge products, including a new digital collection on the history of the ILO.

- Coordinate the communication activities of the International Labour Organization, a specialized UN agency in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Editor of the ILO Budapest Newsletter between January 2009 and January 2017.
