Timothea Horn

I am currently a doctoral scholar with the Asia Pacific College of Diplomacy at the Australian National University in Canberra. My research focus is on disarmament diplomacy since 1993, and the role of Australia, Canada and New Zealand in negotiating international treaties limiting the use of conventional weapons. The case studies I intend to explore are the Landmines Treaty, the Convention on Cluster Munitions and the Arms Trade Treaty.
